How it works

What it does

A control panel for the industry solutions. It starts and stops each one, points them all at a Litmus Edge from a single connection, and cleans up after them.

Each solution can be run on its own. The panel exists so that a set of them can be brought up, connected and taken down again without configuring each one separately.

• start and stop each solution, with its live status and its ports
• connect once, and every solution uses that Edge
• deploy and remove each solution's Litmus Edge configuration
• run a solution on the Edge itself, through the Edge's own Applications API

What it manages

• the fifteen industry solutions, each on its own ports
• their Litmus Edge configuration: DeviceHub devices, Digital Twin models and instances, Analytics groups
• the Litmus solutions catalog, joined against the container images the machine can reach

Notes

• One solution needs its compose file. Rotating equipment reliability is two containers, a simulator and an MQTT broker, so the panel reports that rather than offering a single container run
• Removal is scoped. Each solution removes only the Edge objects it created, so solutions can share an Edge safely
