How it works

What it simulates

A distribution substation: two power transformers, feeder protection relays and the station's own measurements. Nine devices, 69 points, over IEC 60870-5-104.

Protection events arrive in bursts rather than at a poll rate, so a feeder fault produces a sequence in under a second and the value is in the order of the events rather than in any single one.
