This Privacy Policy describes how Litmus Automation Inc. and its affiliates ("Litmus", "us", "we", or "our") process personal information collected through https://litmus.io/ (the "Site), email newsletter subscriptions, as well as registration for or access to Litmus’s software and resources (including Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager) (all of the foregoing are collectively, "Litmus Offerings"). This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected in connection with the Litmus Offerings, including information provided when applying for a job with Litmus via the Site. It will inform you of items including but not limited to the following:
• What Personal Information is collected from you through the Litmus Offerings, how it is used and with whom it may be shared;

For clarity, Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager are not intended to collect or otherwise process Personal Information, unless you choose to provide it to us. Interactive Features

When you participate in the interactive chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript.
