Packaging hall

Three identical bottling lines on one syrup room, one air plant and one CIP skid, where a worn pump costs nothing at two lines and everything at three.

v0.5.1

どのように動作しますか

What it simulates

A soft drink packaging hall: three identical 500 mL PET lines at 400 bottles a minute, all running from one syrup room, one compressor set and one CIP skid. 18 devices and 293 tags over Modbus TCP.

A single line cannot show what goes wrong when lines share utilities. Here three of the five scenarios start in a shared asset, so they arrive on every line at once and cannot be traced from any one line's data.

What it configures on Litmus Edge

On startup, and it removes exactly what it created when you are finished:

  • 18 DeviceHub devices on the Modbus TCP driver
  • 9 Digital Twin models with 21 instances, including a line model whose attributes come from five devices
  • 5 Analytics groups: utility contention, cap integrity, plant giveaway, CIP verification, line availability

Scenarios you can inject

  • A worn syrup pump holds the product header in spec at two lines and drops it below what the fillers need at three
  • One compressor trips and caps go out loose on every line at once, with the checkweigher unable to see them
  • One CIP skid for three lines makes a clean something a line waits for, and a cold caustic wash sends it to the back of the queue
  • Labeler wear on one line shows up as the line to walk to first, with the dominant loss named
