Objective

The new Packet Capture feature allows a Litmus Edge admin to record up to 30 minutes of TCP/IP network traffic to troubleshoot communication issues with any industrial device.

Network communication with industrial devices must be reliable for data to be useful. When there are suspected issues—for example, a device not responding consistently or correctly—the user can share a packet capture with the Litmus support team for expedited troubleshooting.
