- A site has at least one instance of the Litmus Edge software deployed and is either:
- A physical location (e.g., an oil rig, or 5 CNC machines located on a single factory);
- A physical building (e.g. multiple buildings at a location such as 5 separate customer buildings for manufacturing or warehousing which are all in one location);
- A remotely located isolated asset (e.g., an immobile asset such as a compressor or group of compressors at single physical location, or a mobile asset such as a truck or heavy construction equipment); and/or
- Asset OEM’s customer sites (e.g., where an OEM sells to a boiler manufacturer, and said boiler manufacturer bundles the products and sells them to an end user – each end user location in this scenario would be considered a site).
- Raw data tags from PLCs (all array tags are counted towards multiple tags depending on the size of array).
- Derived data points (from Litmus Edge Flows).
- Analytics data points (from Litmus Edge Analytics).
- ML data points (from Litmus Edge Analytics).
Yes.
- If data stays inside the application, then it is not counted.
- If data from the docker application is pushed to the Datahub message broker for routing/Analytics/Flows/integration purposes, then it is counted.
It will be done on a pro-rata basis. For example, if, within a 7-month (of 12-month) period, a client wishes to migrate from Foundation to Growth, the client will be charged the difference between the monthly rate of Growth and Foundation packages for the remaining 5 months of the year. And from the following year, the client will be charged the full Growth package price.
We know that one size doesn’t fit all so we try to be flexible to meet your needs. If you’re not ready for the Foundation package, we also offer a Starter package with a single node and limited integrations and functionality.
