Litmus and WPI Partner to Expand Global Supply Chain for Edge Data Platform
21 April 2022 – SAN JOSE – Litmus, the Edge Data Platform for Industry 4.0, today announced a partnership with WPI to bundle and distribute Litmus Edge through WPI resellers primarily in the Asia Pacific region.
WPI, a member of WPG Holdings and the number one semiconductor distributor in Taiwan, carries over 250 international brand names and will bundle Litmus Edge software with gateway devices from Supermicro, ASUS and more. The bundled solution will allow manufacturers to enable their Industrial IoT projects more rapidly such as OEE improvement, machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

WPI will offer Litmus Edge software installed on certified third-party edge devices. The bundled solution will have two categories based on functionality and the needs of the customer: connectivity to industrial devices and integration with backend systems; or full edge computing with edge analytics and the ability to run AI and machine learning models on the edge device.
